NCAA Dunk Contest Winner James Justice (5'9"!) - Terrific Dunk!
A 5-foot-9 (sic!) college basketball player James Justice (from Martin Methodist College) smashed the NCAA Dunk Contest with this terrific throw-down from between his legs.
